Jen`s Flowers remains open for phone & online web orders. Our doors are still open for pickups. A mask must be worn when calling into the store. Please be assured we are doing everything we can to keep our customers & staff safe. All deliveries are contact free & we are still able to deliver to the reception or all hospitals & Aged Care Facilities.

Contact-Free Delivery

Limiting contact when delivering orders to recipients will help keep everyone healthy. Effective immediately and to remain in effect until otherwise advised, all JEN"S FLOWERS deliveries are now to be carried out as contact-free where possible. This is how it will work:

Home deliveries:

1. Couriers are to knock so as to announce their arrival. Longer than normal knocking time is advised.
2. Leave the flowers on the doorstep if safe to do so. 
3. Wait for up to two minutes so as to greet the recipient at a safe distance of at least 1 meter from the door.
